  • Auric Mining recorded a $28 million net profit before tax for the half-year ended June 30.
  • Total revenue reached $44.8 million while net operating cash flow surged to $33.8 million.
  • The strong performance was driven by production from the Munda Gold Mine Starter Pit project.

Auric Mining (ASX:AWJ) reported a net profit before tax of $28 million for the half year ended June 30, compared to a loss of $1.4 million in the prior-year period.

The $44.8 million in total revenue compared with $355,073 recorded in the first half of 2025 was driven by the production of 6,168 ounces of gold from toll milling campaigns.

“The strong operational performance achieved at the Starter Pit further increases confidence in the quality and scale of the larger deposit, planned as the company’s next mine development,” said Auric Mining Managing Director Mark English.

Operations at the Munda Gold Mine Starter Pit generated 8,886 ounces of total gold production at an average all-in sustaining cost of $2,857 per ounce.

The company stated that completion of the scoping study for the Integrated Burbanks and Munda Project provides a foundation to transition into a fully integrated gold producer.

Following the announcement, the Auric Mining share price was unchanged at $0.24.

The Western Australian gold miner reported total assets grew 78% year-on-year to $61.9 million at the end of June.
