
Aura Consolidated posts US$339.7M Q2 recurring revenue

Digital safety business Aura Consolidated (ASX:AXQ) reported a 27% year-over-year increase in second-quarter pro forma annual recurring revenue to US$339.7 million.
This performance was accompanied by a 51% year-over-year improvement in the company's pro forma adjusted EBITDA earnings.
"We posted very strong second quarter financial results on a pro forma basis and completed the previously announced acquisition of Qoria," said Aura Founder and CEO Hari Ravichandran.
To support the transaction, the business secured a US$100 million equity raise alongside an upsized US$100 million debt facility.
Following the announcement, the Aura share price was unchanged at $3.01.
The quarterly report is the first financial release since completing the acquisition of student safety provider Qoria on July 17.
Aura reaffirmed its full-year 2026 forecast targeting over 20% growth in annual recurring revenue and positive free cash flow.
