AUB Group FY26 profit rises to $224.6M

AUB Group (ASX:AUB) achieved an underlying net profit after tax of $224.6 million for FY26.

The result represents a 12.2% increase from the $200.2 million underlying net profit recorded in FY25.

"In FY27, our focus is clear: integrate Prestige effectively, lift performance where we have more to do, and use our expanded platform to deliver stronger shareholder returns,” said AUB Group CEO and Managing Director Michael Emmett.

Reported net profit after tax fell to $96 million from $180.1 million, while total dividends rose to 98 cents per share.

The company stated that FY27 underlying profit guidance is between $245 million and $265 million.

Following the announcement, the AUB Group share price was up at $29.08.

Australian Broking's underlying profit before tax grew 10% to $149.1 million behind client expansion.

International underlying profit before tax rose 19.6% to $124.5 million, supported by the acquisition of Prestige.
