Articore Group (ASX:ATG) announced that its strategic turnaround is gaining momentum, underpinned by margin expansion and a stabilising revenue trajectory.

According to the group’s Q3 FY26 trading update, marketplace revenue declines have moderated to just 1.1% on a constant currency basis, a marked improvement from the 9.3% drop recorded in the first quarter.

The recovery is attributed to more effective paid marketing and refined promotional strategies.

The financial highlights for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 reveal a robust uplift in profitability.

Gross profit rose by 10.2% on a constant currency basis to $32.8 million, while gross profit margins climbed to 51.9%.

Management highlighted that supply chain synergies and changes to artist fees have been instrumental in strengthening marketplace dynamics.

Furthermore, the group has expanded its global footprint through the acquisition of Frankly Wearing, an India-based print-on-demand marketplace.

The move provides Articore with a strategic entry point into the US$1 billion Indian market and establishes a dedicated local engineering capability.

Despite a challenging macro environment and a 6% depreciation of the US dollar against the Australian dollar, Articore has reaffirmed its full-year guidance.

The group benefits from an "embedded operational hedge", with approximately 75% of its revenue and costs denominated in US dollars.

The group remains on track to achieve an EBIT of $6–$10 million and underlying cash flow between $8 million and $12 million.
