Arena REIT flags $11.5M valuation uplift

This outcome represents a 0.6% valuation growth compared to the position recorded on 31 December 2025.

The company expects the adjustment to result in an increase of $0.03 in net asset value per security.

Independent valuers assessed a total of 67 early learning centres and four healthcare properties during the programme.

Following the announcement, the Arena REIT share price was unchanged at $3.16.

Rent reviews during the 2026 financial year achieved an average like-for-like rent increase of 4.0%.

The company reported that its property portfolio retains 100% occupancy with a 17.4-year weighted average lease expiry.
