  • archTIS wins a new contract valued at $119,000 with a Nasdaq-listed US regional bank for its Spirion Sensitive Data Platform.
  • The agreement marks the second Spirion contract win in two weeks, bringing the total recent contract value to $564,000.
  • The company aims to expand its customer base into regulated commercial industries beyond its traditional government and defence sectors.

Data-centric security firm archTIS (ASX:AR9) has secured a software licensing contract worth approximately $119,000 with an undisclosed Nasdaq-listed US regional bank.

The new agreement follows a three-year $445,000 Spirion platform contract with a US aviation services firm announced earlier in September 2026.

“Legacy data that should have been disposed of years ago is one of the most underestimated risks a regulated business carries,” said archTIS Managing Director and CEO Daniel Lai.

The deployment will initially cover the bank's Windows file share environment to identify legacy information, apply automated retention and deletion rules, and assist with audit requirements.

The company stated that the deal helps diversify its revenue base across enterprise and regulated commercial sectors like financial services.

Following the announcement, the ArchTIS share price was unchanged at $0.063.

Founded in Canberra, archTIS provides secure collaboration software designed to protect sensitive structured and unstructured data across global organisations.

The firm's core product suite includes NC Protect and Spirion, which assist clients in maintaining compliance, attribute-based access control, and data loss prevention.
