Anthropic is in talks to buy the AI startup Decart, according to people familiar with the matter. Bloomberg Intelligence Senior Analyst Matthew Bloxham explains that Decart's so-called world models could reduce the cost of training AI by making chips more effective and that the deal could provide an important boost to Anthropic's growth.
