Anteris Technologies Global (ASX:AVR) appointed Brent Moen as CFO, effective Sept. 11.

The executive change shifts outgoing executive Matthew McDonnell into the role of Head of Australia, ending his tenure as financial chief on the same date.

Moen brings over 25 years of leadership experience, having previously held senior financial roles at LifeLens Technologies, Tactile Systems Technology, and Entellus Medical.

Following the announcement, the Anteris Technologies Global Corp share price was up at $12.37.

Anteris operates as a global healthcare business focused on designing, developing, and commercialising medical devices to restore heart function.

The company's primary product is the DurAVR Transcatheter Heart Valve, which utilises patented tissue technology designed to treat aortic stenosis.
