Ansell names welcomes new CFO
- Ansell appointed Erik Van den Enden as its new CFO.
- The company's stock price rose 0.77% to close at $29.99 following the corporate leadership update.
- The new appointment aims to support the company's long-term growth ambitions and financing capabilities.
Ansell (ASX:ANN) executed an agreement to appoint Erik Van den Enden as CFO, effective Sept. 1.
The company previously appointed Fred Marx as acting CFO on April 16 during the transition period.
“His background in transformation will support Ansell as we advance our long-term growth ambitions,” said Ansell Managing Director Nathalie Ahlström.
Van den Enden brings nearly two decades of global finance experience and will operate from the Brussels office.
Following the announcement, the Ansell share price was up at $29.99.
The incoming executive's career includes senior finance leadership positions at Versuni, Telenet, and beverage giant Anheuser-Busch InBev.
Marx will continue his leadership role until the newly appointed corporate executive commences his duties.
