American Tungsten executes agreement for Nevada critical metals refinery

·       American Tungsten & Antimony signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the Del Sol antimony refinery and the White Spar Antimony Mine.

American Tungsten & Antimony (ASX:AT4) executed a share sale and purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the Del Sol antimony refinery in Nevada and the White Spar Antimony Mine in Arizona.

The transaction provides the business with an established, permitted processing site currently authorised to handle up to 18,500 tonnes of feed per year.

The agreement also includes plans to expand annual feed capacity to ~100,000 tonnes while adding tungsten ammonium paratungstate refining capability.

Following the announcement, the American Tungsten & Antimony share price was up at $0.037.

The business is preparing an expansion study alongside international engineering firms to establish a domestic supply chain for defence-grade materials.

Management holds a pro forma cash reserve of $26.5 million and stated that it is targeting a listing on the Nasdaq exchange during the fourth quarter of 2026.
