Amaero (ASX:3DA) has postponed its proposed U.S. initial public offering after citing adverse market conditions.

The delay follows the company's registration statement submission on Form S-1 under file number 333-298612 to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Because the regulatory filing has not yet been declared effective, the group stated that no securities can be sold or purchased under the proposed offering.

Following the lodge of the announcement, the company officially requested the lifting of its ASX trading halt.

Following the announcement, the Amaero share price was down at $0.19.

The business operates as a producer of spherical titanium and refractory alloy metal powders used in advanced manufacturing.

It also produces large near-net-shape components using hot isostatic pressing technology.
