
Alligator Energy (ASX:AGE) has secured firm commitments to raise $15 million through an institutional share placement.
The company issued 333,333,334 new shares at an offer price of $0.045 per share.
"The strong support received from both existing and new institutional investors is a clear endorsement of the quality of the Samphire Uranium Project and Alligator’s broader growth strategy," said Alligator Energy CEO Andrea Marsland-Smith.
Alligator stated that funds will support resource drilling and advance the Samphire feasibility study towards Q3 2027 completion.
Following the announcement, the Alligator Energy share price was unchanged at $0.049.
The company focuses on advancing uranium exploration and development assets across Australia.
Its portfolio includes the flagship Samphire Uranium Project and the Big Lake exploration project.
