Algorae Pharmaceuticals (ASX:1AI) has secured a three-year public hospital supply contract with NSW Health to expand its commercial distribution network.

This agreement follows a commercial pattern after a licensing deal was executed with Torrent Pharma in May.

Onboarding is underway, with the first supply expected in Q4 while pricing remains confidential.

Following the announcement, the Algorae Pharmaceuticals share price was up at $0.013.

The company utilises its proprietary artificial intelligence platform, AlgoraeOS, to accelerate drug discovery alongside its commercial division.

Previously in 2026, the company partnered with the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and raised $3.9 million.
