AI Safety Concerns Put Congress on the Spot

Democratic Rep. Don Beyer of Virginia tells Bloomberg This Weekend that recent AI incidents have increased the urgency for federal safeguards, including safety testing and mandatory reporting of serious problems involving advanced models.
