Ai-Media Technologies (ASX:AIM) outlined its FY27 commercial priorities, targeting annual recurring revenue of $44–$46 million.

The annual recurring revenue guidance represents projected growth of 22–28% compared to the $36 million recorded at June 30.

The company stated that its FY27 outlook reflects a strategic focus on revenue quality and operating leverage to deliver earnings growth.

AI-Media Co-Founder and CEO Tony Abrahams said, “Our priority in FY27 is commercial execution. We are focused on growing paid LEXI usage, converting the encoder refresh opportunity and building recurring revenue from newer capabilities.”

Detailed targets include gross margins around 85% alongside an addressable refresh opportunity involving over 2,200 encoders that are more than five years old.

Following the announcement, the Ai-Media Technologies share price was down at $0.24.

The platform connects artificial intelligence language services to customer content distribution systems using software and physical encoders.

Ai-Media reported maintaining customer retention across all top 20 clients for a fifth consecutive year in FY26.
