·       Aerometrex (ASX:AMX) signed two off‑the‑shelf data contracts with AI firms worth A$1.07 million.

·       The company will bill and receive payment for both data licences before the end of FY2026.

·       Aerometrex (ASX:AMX) said the agreements support its strategy to be a key data supplier for AI model training.

Aerometrex (ASX:AMX) signed two off‑the‑shelf data licence agreements with AI companies Zeromatter Technologies and Neara, with a combined value of A$1.07 million.

The company said these contracts show rising demand for its real‑world spatial datasets as inputs for training and refining artificial intelligence systems.

“For AI developers and simulation companies, the quality of training data is everything,” said Aerometrex (ASX:AMX) Managing Director and CEO Rob Veitch.

Under the deals, Zeromatter Technologies will license 3D datasets from Aerometrex’s existing US and Australia‑New Zealand catalogues to train its autonomous simulation engine, while Neara will license off‑the‑shelf LiDAR imagery to support its physics‑enabled digital twin platform for utilities.

Aerometrex stated that both contracts will be invoiced and paid before the end of the 2026 financial year, and that its combination of data volume, spatial accuracy, quality and geographic breadth positions it as a preferred foundation data partner for AI model training.

Following the announcement the Aerometrex (ASX:AMX) share price was unchanged at the time of release.

Aerometrex describes itself as a spatial data business that supplies high‑resolution aerial imagery, 3D models and LiDAR datasets globally, and said it aims to capture growing demand from AI and simulation customers that require large‑scale real‑world data to train and validate their models.
