AdNeo (ASX:AD1) secured a five-year enterprise agreement with Amplitude Energy (ASX:AEL) to launch the "Amplitude Energy Academy".

The partnership will see AdNeo's flagship enterprise learning platform, Learnt, deployed as a custom-branded, national learning and communications platform.

Designed to be accessible 24/7 across all Australian regions, the Academy is set to underpin Amplitude Energy's next phase of national expansion by providing a centralised digital hub for workforce development.

The contract carries a total contract value of approximately $246,400, excluding GST.

The financial structure includes a one-off implementation fee of $18,400, followed by recurring annual licence fees of $45,600 starting Aug. 1.

Covering up to 1,000 users, the platform will facilitate a comprehensive suite of programmes, including onboarding, safety and compliance, technical training, and leadership development.

AdNeo has identified an additional revenue opportunity through bespoke content development as Amplitude Energy builds out its academy courseware over the five-year term.

By integrating Learnt into the Australian energy sector, AdNeo reinforces its enterprise pipeline and demonstrates the growing demand for its workforce lifecycle capability stack.
