DGB Investments founder Douglas Bergeron is pushing to make major changes at Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. The activist investor says CEO and Chairman Farooq Kathwari needs to be removed and be replaced by Stefanie Tsen Ward. Bergeron speaks on "Bloomberg Open Interest."
