Pershing Square CEO Bill Ackman says he feels "not great" about New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani and his idea of taxing billionaires like Ken Griffin on their second homes here. Ackman tells Bloomberg Television that Mamdani should not be trying to drive Griffin out of New York.
