Accent Resources NL (ASX:ACS) signed binding agreements to sell its Norseman Gold Project for up to $4 million.

The transaction allows the company to retain iron ore and platinum group element mineral rights across the area.

The total consideration comprises $1 million in deferred payments.

Accent will also receive a 4% gross revenue royalty on all other minerals produced from the project.

Following the announcement, the Accent Resources share price was unchanged at $0.025.

The company stated that the proceeds are expected to support the continued advancement of its iron ore strategy.

Completion remains subject to customary conditions precedent, including due diligence and regulatory approvals.
