
3P Learning creates two new commercial divisions

Education technology firm 3P Learning (ASX:3PL) has split its senior leadership into two commercial divisions effective July 1.
The company is evolving its operating model to target separate business segments.
“These changes reflect an important step in aligning our leadership structure to our strategy and creating greater focus across the business,” said 3P Learning CEO Jose Palmero.
Under the new plan, Adam McArthur will lead the B2B division while Lynda Pendino heads the B2C segment.
Following the announcement, the 3P Learning share price was down at $0.36.
CEO Jose Palmero will assume external financial duties, while Mireille Steenekamp takes over internal finance leadership.
The company stated that these structural adjustments are intended to support its ongoing long-term global expansion strategy.
