- Western Lefroy JV: Incorporates the 246km² Western Lefroy package, which is subject to a Farm-In Agreement with Gold Fields Limited. The Farm-In Agreement allows Gold Fields Limited (Gold Fields) to earn up to a 70% interest in the Western Lefroy package by investing up to $25 million in exploration activities within six years of the agreement's commencement date (7 June 2018).
- Mt Martin Gold Mine: Within the western boundary of 76km2 freehold title, Location 45, in Lefroy’s greater Lefroy Gold Project (LGP) approximately 30km south of Kalgoorlie and 20km north of Kambalda.
- Burns Project: A newly discovered, potentially large-scale gold-copper system with a maiden resource at Burns Central exceeding 490,000 oz gold and expanding within a promising 4.5km magnetic corridor.
- Goodyear Nickel Deposit: Goodyear is held by the Company’s wholly owned nickel focused subsidiary Hampton Metals Ltd (Hampton or HMT). It lies within the western boundary of freehold property, Location 45 and is surrounded by the infrastructure of multiple other operating gold and nickel mines within the prolific Kalgoorlie-Kambalda mining district.
