- Mukuyu-1 exploration well: The Mukuyu-1 exploration well was drilled in 2022 and intersected 13 potential hydrocarbon-bearing zones. The well is located in the Cabora Bassa Basin in Zimbabwe, which is a large, underexplored basin with significant potential for oil and gas discoveries.
- Mukuyu-2 appraisal well: The Mukuyu-2 appraisal well is currently being drilled and is targeting multiple hydrocarbon (gas-condensate and potentially light oil) bearing intervals in the Upper Angwa and Pebbly Arkose formations. The well is also designed to test additional prospectivity in the deeper Upper Angwa and undrilled Lower Angwa, which were not penetrated in the Mukuyu-1/ST1 campaign.
- Cabora Bassa Basin project: The Cabora Bassa Basin project is Invictus' key asset. The basin is located on the same geological trend as the prolific East African Rift System, which has seen a number of major oil and gas discoveries in recent years.
- Gas Sale MOUs: Invictus has secured two Gas Sale MOUs with established customers in Zimbabwe to supply up a total of 1.2 Tcf of natural gas over a 20 year period to an ammonium nitrate fertiliser manufacturer and gas to power developer.
