Ubiquiti (NYSE:UI) reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $3.3 billion and GAAP diluted earnings per share of $15.85 for the year ended June 30, 2026.
Fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue totaled $937.3 million, with GAAP diluted EPS of $4.70 and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $4.73.
The company’s Board of Directors declared a $1 per share cash dividend payable on September 8, 2026, to shareholders of record as of August 31, 2026.
Ubiquiti said it intends to pay regular quarterly cash dividends of at least $1 per share during fiscal 2027, although future payments will depend on quarterly board decisions.
The company also extended the expiration date of its previously announced stock repurchase program, allowing repurchases of up to $500 million of common stock through September 30, 2027.
Ubiquiti said future dividend decisions will consider financial performance, available cash, cash flow, capital requirements and other corporate factors.
