Ubiquiti posts $788.2M in revenue, declares quarterly dividend

Ubiquiti (NYSE:UI) reported financial results for its fiscal third quarter, characterized by steady revenue performance and a commitment to shareholder returns through a newly declared cash dividend.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the New York-based networking technology company generated total revenues of $788.2 million.

The company achieved GAAP diluted earnings per share of $3.86, while non-GAAP diluted earnings per share, which typically excludes certain non-cash and non-recurring items, came in slightly higher at $3.88.

Alongside the quarterly results, Ubiquiti’s Board of Directors authorized a cash dividend of $0.80 per share.

The payout is scheduled for May 26, 2026, for shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 18, 2026.
