
Fluor delivers $4.3 billion as revenue growth accelerates

Fluor (NYSE:FLR) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $4.3 billion, up 9%, with GAAP net earnings attributable to the company of $114 million and EPS of $0.81.
Revenue increased from $3.978 billion a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA rose from $96 million and adjusted EPS increased from $0.43 to $0.91.
Operating cash flow was negative $317 million, including a $357 million NuScale-related tax payment, while cash and marketable securities totaled $3.0 billion.
Following the announcement, Fluor share price was up 3% at $50.21 in the latest available extended-hours quote.
Fluor recorded $6.1 billion of new awards, up from $1.8 billion a year earlier, while backlog stood at $26.9 billion with 85% tied to reimbursable projects.
The company completed its NuScale monetization in April after generating $2.4 billion in proceeds since September 2025 and has also divested assets while securing projects including a long-term agreement with Aramco.
