DuPont’s Revenue Pushes Higher to $1.82 Billion

DuPont (NYSE:DD) reported second-quarter net sales of $1.819 billion, up 4%, while adjusted EPS rose 48% to $1.88.

GAAP income from continuing operations rose to $191 million from $24 million, while transaction-adjusted free cash flow reached $326 million.

DuPont raised 2026 guidance to $7.16–$7.19 billion in sales, $1.75–$1.77 billion in operating EBITDA and $7.17–$7.32 adjusted EPS, while planning a $250 million third-quarter buyback.

Following the announcement, DuPont's share price was down 2% at $138.44.

DuPont completed a 1-for-3 reverse stock split on June 24 and moved to the Industrials GICS classification on July 31.

The company also completed its Aramids sale for about $1.2 billion in cash, a $300 million note and a $325 million equity interest.
