DuPont reports Q4 net sales flat at $1.693 Billion

DuPont de Nemours (NYSE:DD) reported financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025, alongside its initial outlook for 2026.

Fourth-quarter net sales were $1.693 billion, flat year-over-year.

During the quarter, the company recorded a GAAP loss from continuing operations of $108 million.

Adjusted earnings per share for the period reached $0.46.

For the full year 2025, net sales totaled $6.849 billion, with adjusted EPS of $1.68.

DuPont also generated $560 million in cash from operations during 2025.

For 2026, the company expects approximately 2% organic net sales growth in the first quarter and full-year net sales in the range of $7.075 billion to $7.135 billion, with adjusted EPS projected at $2.25 to $2.30.
