Cosmos Health (NASDAQ:COSM) signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Innova Healthcare for its Sky Premium Life food supplements in Saudi Arabia, including an initial purchase order of 126,000 units.

The agreement gives Innova Healthcare responsibility for product registration, distribution, promotion, marketing, logistics and sales across pharmacies, retail locations and online platforms throughout the Kingdom.

The agreement has an initial five-year term with an option to renew for another five years, while Innova receives a first right of refusal on new Cosmos Health products during the agreement period.

Cosmos Health said it expects to receive orders exceeding 5 million units over the initial five-year period based on current assumptions, while Innova’s network includes more than 250 pharmacies across 12 Saudi cities and villages.

The partnership provides Cosmos Health access to Saudi Arabia’s nutraceuticals market, which the company cited as being valued at $3.26 billion in 2024 and forecast by market estimates to reach $5.96 billion by 2033.
