Cosmos Health (NASDAQ:COSM) reported record second-quarter 2026 revenue of $18.99 million, up 28.8% year over year, with first-half revenue increasing 29.7% to $36.91 million.
Adjusted revenue reached $19.32 million in the second quarter and $37.72 million in the first half, while revenue growth exceeded the increase in operating expenses.
Cosmos Health reported adjusted gross profit of $1.84 million in the second quarter, up 58.4%, with adjusted gross margin expanding 165 basis points to 9.54%, while operating expenses increased 16.5%.
The company reported a second-quarter net loss of $6.09 million and a first-half net loss of $8.89 million, while adjusted EBITDA improved slightly to a loss of $1.13 million.
Cosmos Health said total liabilities declined 13.3% to $40.79 million, stockholders’ equity increased 12.2% to $20.67 million, and liquid assets totaled $4.15 million.
The company is operating a $5 million share repurchase program through December 31, 2026, and has repurchased about 5.1 million shares for $1.11 million as of the latest update.
