Cosmos Health (NASDAQ:COSM) reported record second-quarter 2026 revenue exceeding $15 million at its CosmoFarm pharmacy distribution subsidiary.
The results represent an annualized revenue run rate above $60 million, approximately 4.3 times CosmoFarm’s fiscal 2017 sales of about $14 million before Cosmos Health acquired the business.
Cosmos Health noted that reported dollar-based growth figures include the impact of foreign exchange changes.
The number of pharmacies served daily has increased from approximately 100 in 2017 to around 360 currently.
The company also highlighted a signed 2026 letter of intent covering a pharmacy network generating approximately €10 million, or about $11.5 million, in annual gross revenue.
The transaction remains subject to a definitive agreement and customary closing conditions.
Cosmos Health said expansion initiatives and automation investments are expected to provide at least $40 million in additional annual revenue capacity.
If volumes continue to increase, CosmoFarm could potentially operate above a $100 million annualized revenue level.
The company expects CosmoFarm to contribute toward its previously announced 2029 revenue target of $200.6 million.
