- Centene reaffirmed full-year 2026 adjusted diluted EPS guidance of greater than $4.80 and its associated guidance metrics.
- Neczypor will join Centene in September 2026 and work alongside Asher before taking over the finance role.
Centene (NYSE:CNC) named Chris Neczypor as its next CFO from January 1, 2027, while reaffirming 2026 adjusted diluted EPS guidance above $4.80.
Current CFO Drew Asher will step down on December 31, 2026, remain with Centene through 2027 and support strategic initiatives during the transition.
Neczypor will join in September after serving as Lincoln Financial's CFO, with earlier roles spanning corporate strategy, investments, financial services and enterprise transformation.
Centene said the transition does not change its 2026 outlook.
Centene said revenue increased from approximately $126 billion in 2021 to about $195 billion in 2025 during Asher's tenure as CFO.
The insurer reported second-quarter 2026 premium and service revenue of $44.4 billion and raised its full-year total revenue guidance to $193.5 billion–$197.5 billion.
