Amcor (NYSE:AMCR) announced that Board Chair Graeme Liebelt will retire from the company’s board, with Tom Long set to succeed him following the annual meeting on November 11, 2026.

Liebelt will not stand for re-election and will leave the board at the end of his current term after serving as chair of Amcor and its predecessor for nearly 13 years.

Amcor said Long has been elected to take over as chair upon Liebelt’s retirement.

Long has served as an independent non-executive director at Amcor since 2017.

The company did not provide additional details regarding the leadership transition beyond confirming the planned succession process.
