Amcor (NYSE:AMCR) reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 net sales of $6.4 billion, up 26% year over year, with net income reaching $389 million compared with a loss in the prior-year period.

The results reflected contributions from the Berry acquisition and higher raw material pass-through, while Amcor’s full fiscal year net sales increased 57% to $23.5 billion.

Adjusted EBITDA increased 32% to $1.045 billion in the fourth quarter, while adjusted EPS increased 23% to $1.23, and full-year adjusted EBITDA rose 68% to $3.673 billion with free cash flow of $1.303 billion.

Amcor also reported net debt of $12.897 billion and raised its quarterly dividend to $0.65 per share.

The company said its six-month transition period ending December 31, 2026, is expected to include adjusted EPS of $1.80–$1.90 and year-end leverage of 3.5x–3.6x.

Amcor operates in packaging markets globally and completed the acquisition of Berry Global as part of its broader business expansion strategy during fiscal 2026.
