The company held $284.7 million in cash and 28,000 Bitcoin at September 30.
Strive acquired 8,137 Bitcoin during the third quarter at an average $78,885 per coin.
The filing shows its Bitcoin holdings were worth $2.34 billion at September 30.
Strive reported a 63.2% year-to-date Bitcoin yield, with Bitcoin trading at $83,577 on September 30.
Following the announcement, Strive shares were up 0.77% at $30.26.
