Strive, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASST) has bought 1,107 Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) for approximately $94.5 million.
The purchase lifted Strive’s holdings to 27,462 BTC at an average $85,396 per bitcoin.
The company’s latest filing shows the purchase covered September 21 through September 25, including fees and expenses.
Warrant exercises generated $12.4 million, while SATA sales supplied 85% of capital raised during the week.
The latest purchase fell below Strive’s previous weekly addition of 1,355 BTC.
Strive ranks fifth among public companies holding Bitcoin globally.
The company would need another 16,053 BTC to overtake Twenty One’s reported 43,514 BTC holdings.
Following the announcement, Strive, Inc. shares were down 1.49% at $29.00.
