Printr will shut down by August 31 after failing to secure enough funding and distribution support.
The token launch platform said it spent three months seeking ways to keep operating under current market conditions.
Printr will automatically unstake supported positions from August 18 and return assets to the original wallets.
Users with missing assets after August 20 must contact Printr through Discord before support ends on August 31.
The platform will also stop issuing new tokens, while existing tokens will remain on their respective blockchains.
Printr raised $4.5 million before closing, including a $2 million seed extension announced in October 2025.
