MoneyGram has launched its first stablecoin-backed card in Colombia, with USDC available at launch.

The card lets customers spend stablecoins through Visa without first converting them to local currency.

“We're giving customers more freedom and control to manage their money, all in one place,” said Anthony Soohoo, Chairman and CEO, MoneyGram.

Customers can use the card through the MoneyGram app for online and contactless payments.

MoneyGram plans to expand the card to more markets and launch a physical version in late 2026.

MoneyGram serves more than 60 million active customers across over 200 countries and territories.

The company began working with stablecoins in 2021 and launched its own MGUSD stablecoin in June 2026.
