UCLOUDLINK GROUP (NASDAQ:UCL) announced its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025, highlighting a successful transition toward a high-margin, diversified service model.

While total fourth-quarter revenue declined 14.6% year-over-year to $22.1 million, the company’s focus on efficiency and higher-value services bore fruit.

Gross profit for the quarter rose to $11.4 million, and adjusted EBITDA turned positive at $3.1 million, a sharp reversal from the negative $2.3 million reported in the same period of 2024.

For the full year, net income rose 38.2% to $6.3 million, signaling a robust return to bottom-line growth.

The primary catalyst for this shift was the explosive adoption of UCLOUDLINK's newest product ecosystems.

The company’s "GlocalMe IoT," "SIM," and "Life" segments—the latter of which includes the innovative PetPhone—saw triple- and quadruple-digit increases in Daily Active Terminals (DAT) and Daily Active Users (DAU).

Specifically, the GlocalMe IoT business saw DAU surge over 550% in the fourth quarter.

These high-growth verticals are designed to leverage the company’s proprietary CloudSIM technology beyond traditional mobile broadband, which saw its "MeowGo" segment metrics soften modestly as the market matures.

Meanwhile, operational efficiency was a standout theme throughout 2025.

The overall gross margin expanded to 51.6% in the fourth quarter, up from 43% a year earlier.

This expansion reflects a favorable shift in the revenue mix toward data connectivity services and a reduction in lower-margin hardware sales.

By the end of December, UCLOUDLINK maintained a stable liquidity position with $32.8 million in cash and equivalents, providing a solid foundation for its 2026 expansion plans, which include the broader rollout of the "eSIM Trio" and "petpogo" digital ecosystems.

Looking ahead, management has set an optimistic tone for fiscal 2026, guiding for total revenues between $85 million and $100 million.

This outlook represents a projected increase of 4.4% to 22.9% over 2025 levels.
