Comstock Holding Companies (NASDAQ:CHCI) reported robust financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025, extending its streak of year-over-year revenue growth to 28 consecutive quarters.
The Reston-based developer and asset manager saw fourth-quarter revenue climb 42% to $23.9 million, driven by the continued expansion of its managed portfolio and strong performance across its commercial and residential segments.
The company’s profitability metrics saw an even sharper upward trajectory during the final three months of the year.
Net income for the quarter rose 31% to $13.5 million, a result that was bolstered by a 53% surge in operating income.
Efficiency gains and the high-margin nature of its asset management fees contributed to a 51% increase in adjusted EBITDA, which reached $8.1 million for the quarter.
For the full year 2025, Comstock’s momentum was reflected in a 23% increase in total revenue, which hit $62.9 million.
This sustained growth allowed the company to report a 17% increase in annual net income to $17.1 million, while full-year adjusted EBITDA rose 16% to $13.4 million.
