RadNet (NASDAQ:RDNT) reported record fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results today, underscoring the success of its dual-track strategy to dominate both physical outpatient imaging and the burgeoning clinical AI market.
The Los Angeles-based company posted quarterly revenue of $547.7 million, a 14.8% increase year-over-year, while adjusted EBITDA rose 16.9% to $87.7 million.
For the full year 2025, RadNet’s revenue eclipsed the $2 billion milestone for the first time, reaching $2,040.2 million.
This performance was driven by "robust and disproportionately higher demand" for advanced imaging modalities, including MRI, CT, and PET/CT scans.
These high-value procedures saw a 178 basis point increase as a percentage of RadNet’s total volume compared to Q4 2024, significantly lifting the company’s overall margins.
The company's Digital Health segment, operating under the DeepHealth brand, continued its rapid ascent.
Q4 revenue for the division reached $27.9 million, supported by the integration of recent acquisitions and the rollout of AI-driven scheduling and diagnostic tools.
To cement its lead, RadNet recently announced the acquisition of Paris-based Gleamer, adding more than 700 international customer contracts and a suite of FDA-cleared AI tools to its portfolio.
