RadNet (NASDAQ:RDNT) announced a definitive agreement on Monday to acquire Gleamer SAS, a Paris-based pioneer in radiology artificial intelligence, for a total consideration of up to €230 million.
The acquisition, which will be folded into RadNet’s wholly-owned subsidiary DeepHealth, creates what management describes as the world’s largest provider of radiology clinical AI solutions.
Gleamer enters the RadNet ecosystem following a period of explosive growth, having maintained a compound annual revenue growth rate (CAGR) of over 90% from 2022 to 2025.
The firm is projected to reach approximately $30 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) in 2026.
With more than 130 professionals and 700 customer contracts spanning 44 countries, the acquisition significantly expands DeepHealth’s footprint beyond North America and into European and Asian markets.
The strategic rationale centers on Gleamer’s extensive regulatory portfolio, which includes four FDA-cleared and six CE-marked devices.
These tools specialize in routine imaging—particularly X-rays, which account for roughly 25% of RadNet’s total procedural volume.
