Revenue totaled $113.5 million, increasing 7% year-over-year.
Services revenue rose 11% to $91.1 million, reflecting continued strength in recurring, high-margin subscription-based offerings.
GAAP operating income improved to $6.3 million compared with a loss in the prior-year period.
Adjusted EBITDA increased 26% to $25.7 million.
The company cited the contribution from a large public-sector contract in South Africa as a key driver of growth.
Management also emphasized ongoing investments to support expected demand acceleration while maintaining disciplined cost controls.
Meanwhile, Powerfleet tightened its full-year fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to $440 million–$445 million and forecasted adjusted EBITDA growth of approximately 45% for the year, with net leverage expected to improve to approximately 2.4x by March 31, 2026.
