
Patria Investments (NASDAQ:PAX) reported strong full-year and fourth-quarter 2025 results, highlighted by record organic fundraising and significant Fee-Earning AUM (FEAUM) expansion amid continued execution of its diversified alternative asset management strategy.
Organic fundraising reached $1.7 billion in the fourth quarter and $7.7 billion for the full year.
FEAUM grew 24% from year-end 2024 to $40.8 billion. Fee-related earnings (FRE) increased 19% year-over-year to $202.5 million.
IFRS net income for 2025 totaled $85.6 million.
During the year, the company closed multiple acquisitions that materially expanded FEAUM and enhanced capabilities in private credit, listed REITs, and U.S. GPMS (General Partner Managed Solutions).
Management cited strong momentum entering 2026 following these strategic additions.
Following the quarter's performance, Patria declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, payable March 12, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the applicable date.
