Ondas Holdings (NASDAQ:ONDS) closed out a transformational fiscal year on Wednesday, announcing approximately $10 million in new purchase orders for its autonomous systems portfolio.
The contracts span counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS), integrated autonomous drones, and robotic ground platforms for government and critical infrastructure clients.
The year-end surge follows a record-breaking third quarter where the Boston-based company saw revenue grow more than six-fold to $10.1 million.
The new orders build on a rapid fourth-quarter expansion, which included $16.4 million in contracts for Ondas’ Iron Drone Raider™ system at major international airports in Europe.
Management also confirmed the company has been selected for a strategic government tender for a large-scale border protection system, with an initial purchase order expected in January 2026.
Ondas has aggressively pivoted toward the defense sector in 2025, utilizing its Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS) business unit to integrate a suite of AI-powered technologies.
Key platforms now include the FAA-certified Optimus System for automated security and the Iron Drone Raider, which uses a unique kinetic-interception "net" to neutralize hostile drones without the collateral risk of jamming or projectiles in sensitive civilian airspace.
The company’s market capitalization has surged to approximately $3.35 billion this year, reflecting investor confidence in a backlog that now exceeds $40 million when accounting for recent acquisitions like Sentrycs and 4M Defense.
With a strengthened balance sheet—holding more cash than debt following an $855 million capital raise in 2025—Ondas has raised its 2026 revenue target to at least $110 million.
