Lumexa Imaging (NASDAQ:LMRI), a premier provider of outpatient diagnostic imaging services, today announced its preliminary, unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025.
The company achieved a landmark milestone by surpassing $1 billion in annual revenue, driven by a combination of organic volume growth and a strategic expansion of its national facility network.
For the fourth quarter of 2025, Lumexa reported revenue of $267.7 million, representing a 7.9% increase over the same period in 2024.
Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter reached $63.8 million, yielding a healthy margin of 23.8%.
These results contributed to a strong full-year performance, with total 2025 revenue reaching $1.023 billion and adjusted EBITDA totaling $230.2 million.
A core highlight of the fiscal year was the total transformation of the company’s capital structure.
Lumexa successfully reduced its net leverage from 5.5x at the end of 2024 to 3.5x at the close of 2025.
This de-leveraging was achieved through robust free cash flow generation and disciplined debt management.
Simultaneously, the company remained aggressive in its growth strategy, adding ten new diagnostic imaging facilities to its portfolio through a mix of greenfield developments and targeted acquisitions.
In conjunction with the earnings release, Lumexa reiterated its financial guidance for the full year 2026.
Management expects revenue to fall between $1.045 billion and $1.097 billion, with adjusted EBITDA projected in the range of $234 million to $242 million.
The company also introduced an adjusted EPS guidance range of $0.71 to $0.77 for 2026.
