
InMode (NASDAQ:INMD), a leading provider of innovative aesthetic medical technologies, reported financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025.
Fourth-quarter GAAP revenue increased 6% year-over-year to $103.9 million.
GAAP net income was $27 million for the quarter.
Full-year GAAP revenue totaled $370.5 million, down 6% from 2024, with GAAP net income of $93.8 million.
During the period under review, cash and marketable securities stood at $555.3 million at year-end.
The company also repurchased $127.4 million of its shares during 2025, reflecting continued commitment to capital returns.
For fiscal 2026, InMode guided for revenue in the range of $365 million to $375 million and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of $1.43 to $1.48.
