The Ibom Blockchain Xperience 2026 will take place from 10 to 14 March, positioning itself as West Africa’s largest blockchain gathering.
Organisers said the five-day event will bring together global industry leaders, policymakers, investors, developers and digital communities.
IBX 2026 is designed to accelerate blockchain adoption and strengthen West Africa’s role as a global blockchain hub.
The programme will feature workshops, multi-chain showcases, developer sandboxes and policy discussions focused on real-world applications.
Applied Web3 sessions will highlight practical use cases aimed at driving ecosystem growth across the region.
Momentum for the event has been supported by the IBX Tour, a grassroots initiative focused on education and everyday blockchain use.
The tour has already demonstrated live crypto payments in local markets across West Africa.
Organisers expect more than 12,000 attendees, alongside hundreds of founders, startups and companies.
The event is being positioned as a key opportunity for blockchain projects and exchanges seeking regional expansion.
IBX said it is inviting strategic partners, technical collaborators and investors to support long-term infrastructure development.
The gathering aims to connect innovators from multiple continents and onboard millions into Web3 across West Africa.
