Technology services provider EROAD (ASX:ERD) announced that CEO Mark Heine will resign in June.
After an 11-year tenure, Heine’s departure marks the end of a transformative era during which the company evolved from a New Zealand startup with $17 million in revenue to a global player generating nearly $200 million across Australasia and North America.
Executive Chair John Scott expressed the Board's gratitude for Heine's "long-standing commitment," while Heine noted that he is leaving the company "well positioned for its next phase" of growth, particularly within the eRUC sector.
The board has confirmed it will now begin a formal recruitment process for a successor to lead the transition.
At the time of reporting, EROAD's share price was $0.80.
