Domino's Pizza Enterprises (ASX:DMP) has appointed Andrew Gregory as its incoming Group CEO and Managing Director, a move aimed at bolstering the brand’s global operational execution and franchisee economics.
A 30-year veteran of the quick service restaurant industry, Gregory joins from McDonald’s, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Franchising, Development, and Delivery in the US.
His extensive resume includes leading McDonald's ANZ as CEO and overseeing major supply chain and development operations in Japan.
Gregory is expected to take the helm no later than Aug. 5, following the fulfillment of his current contractual obligations.
Executive Chairman Jack Cowin will continue in his role during the transition to ensure an orderly handover.
The appointment follows a rigorous global search, with the board signaling that Gregory’s "deep understanding of franchised business models" is essential for Domino’s next phase of performance improvement.
